How long do sessions last, and how often are they?
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly on the same day and time.

Where does it take place?
I work face to face from my therapy room in Crowthorne, online, and I offer walk and talk therapy in the beautiful surroundings of Bracknell Forest, Yateley, Sandhurst and Crowthorne.

How long will it take?
We can work short term or long term, we will explore this together and regularly review how things are going for you, but only you will have a sense of when you feel you have achieved what you are looking for, and we will explore that together based on your unique or changing needs.

What can counselling help with?
Counselling can support many things including but not limited to difficult thoughts and feelings, anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem and self worth, relationships challenges and breakdown (partners, family, friends), loss and bereavement, life changes and difficult events, loneliness and overwhelm.

Do you give advice?
My approach puts you front and centre of the therapeutic process, I will facilitate and support you as you explore your own way forward. I may also share some helpful resources and psycho education during our work together which can help in understanding what makes us tick.

Is it confidential?
Your confidentiality and privacy is respected at all times. There may be a time where I may need to break confidentiality, this is where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or to someone else, I cover this more in our initial session. I also comply with GDPR in securing your personal information.

Can you work with anyone?
I work with adults. I can signpost you to other services if you are looking for specific support with acute addiction, eating disorders, or working with adoptions, couples and families.
