Sandra Harris, known as Flo. After being a listening volunteer and a mentor for Samaritans, I became a mental health first aider and began my counselling training. My journey is inspired by walking along-side my clients as they find their way forward. Seeing the positive and long term impact of counselling with my clients, during difficult and challenging times and beyond is my greatest passion, it feels so important to know we are not alone through our struggles.
I work in an integrative way, which means I draw on different theories which allow me to meet you where you are in your unique journey. I work face to face in Crowthorne, online, or through walking in the surrounding areas of Bracknell, Sandhurst, Yateley or Crowthorne.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work to their ethical framework which serves to act on your behalf and holds me accountable to their standards. For more information www.bacp.co.uk
